So, how does someone get to be member of this crew? I spent a few miles with you at last years ULCER and it seems like a fun bunch to hang out will.

To be a Pirate, you must pass a series of grueling physical and biological tests to ensure that you have a VO2 max out of this world. Written exams are no longer required, but you must demonstrate that you have an uncanny sense of style and a desire to look fabulous on a bike. Most people just apply for a waiver, which means that we let them join as soon as we confirm that they are actually a real person, which is very simple. Style is a lifelong process that the team will help you build. As soon as that is done, you become part of the crew.
